Returns and Refunds

It is extremely rare that anyone returns an order or part order to us so we do not have a set procedure for such an eventuality.  Any issues regarding recently delivered plants must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt and followed up within 7 days in writing (by email to enquiries@rjtreesandhedging.co.uk) with photos or phone 01989 552028 and we'll discuss with you whether we're able to accept a return. This depends how long you've had the plants for and how well they've been kept, and how we will collect.  Please see our page on Checks to make on receipt of your order.
